Thanks for visiting! First of all, I like being called "ME" (short for Melinda) and aside from being a wife and mother, I'm also a Real Estate Consultant and a Productivity Coach for the Liberty One Real Estate, Goodyear, Arizona Office.

My specialty is in residential Real Estate properties for the wonderful City's of Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, as well as other Arizona West Valley Cities. I can help you buy or sell Real Estate  and I love helping new agents who are just starting their Real Estate career.

Quick West Valley Update!

With all the incentives, new homes are a good deal right now. We're seeing a lot of home buyers jumping on new build homes.  But "PLEASE" keep in mind, it's still a smart thing to take a Real Estate Agent along as representation and remember - the developer, not you - pays the commission.

Also, there are 1000's of deals on the MLS listing for Goodyear, Avondale and the West Valley. The agents I am coaching have really been busy helping home buyers and sellers. We've been seeing some real good deals showing up in Goodyear, Avondale and other West Valley areas that have been keeping us very busy. We're also seeing a lot of short sales.
